This recently built hotel restaurant is at a 10 mn drive only from Giverny and its famous waterlillies gardens, 3 km from the center of Vernon. With its 35 rooms, it is a family run hotel. The Duvals will give you a warm welcome and do their best to please you, from the reception desk to the retaurant kitchen.

At Baryton you will find all the facilities offered by a quality hotel : traditional restaurant, color TVset with satellite and 17 channels, direct phone, alarm clock, large car park, lounge bar, terrace, and last but not least wonderful breakfast buffets.

Hotel Baryton is open 7 days/7, all year round. The Restaurant is open for dinner everyday except sundays.

The Baryton Gourmand

The Hotel Baryton presents its Restaurant Baryton Gourmand on the theme of Jazz.It is orchestrated by Cyril Fauconnier on his traditional cuisine scores.

In the large dining room opening onto the garden, you will taste a traditional cuisine served in an unaffected atmosphere.

You will dig in the buffets of starters or desserts according to your tastes and appetite.

The Baryton restaurant offers budget menus from 22 to 31 euros named after Claude Bolling, Louis Armstrong, Dizzy Gillespie and Sidney Bechet.

Speciality courses are Les oeufs de poule à la paysanne et au vin rouge, Le Sorbet de pomme arrosé de pommeau et son macaron maison or le Mille feuilles d'aubergines grillées au fromage de chèvre.

Meal in private lounge on request (free reservation).
